Fragmented information in. Clear, usable intelligence out. Ready for people and agents.

Clarity Mapped builds AI-powered data products for the public sector, enterprise and regulated industries. Live today in city operations, health-care costs and community engagement.

1.Step 1

What we build

Most of the information an organization needs already exists. It sits in systems that do not talk to each other, in feeds nobody documented, and in reports nobody reads. We build the product that makes it usable.

Data integration

Adapters for the feeds, portals and map services you already have, including the ones with no documented API, unified into one dependable model.

AI analysis

Models that summarize, classify and flag. Every output is labeled as interpretation, cited to its source, and scored against fixtures before it ships.

Geospatial and location intelligence

Relevance by place: distance, corridor, boundary and tract logic, on maps that work on a phone and stay usable for someone who cannot use a map.

Dashboards and decision support

The one screen that says what changed, why it matters, and what to consider doing about it.

Public-facing information products

Alerts, briefings and portals written in plain language for the person on the other end, not for the system that produced them.

Workflow automation

Scheduled jobs, notifications and hand-offs that run on time without someone remembering to run them.

Enterprise and public-sector delivery

Built to hold up: tests, evaluations, audit trails, accessibility, and data the owner can take with them when the contract ends.

Agent-ready data

Public APIs, OpenAPI specs and MCP connectors, so ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent can query the same checked data a person sees, with the same source labels.

Where we work

The same piece seats in three places.

  1. Public sector

Regional commissions, planning departments, transit and utility agencies. Community engagement, transportation analytics, public health, economic development. We know the procurement, the funding rules and the records law.

  2. Enterprise

Reporting, customer intelligence and internal decision support for teams whose data is spread across more systems than anyone can name. We start from what you already have.

  3. Regulated industries

Financial services, oil and gas, health care and other environments where provenance, auditability and access control are requirements, not features. Our founder's background is here, and GLP-1 Navigator applies the same rules to health-care pricing and coverage.

How we build

Every product is the same five pieces, in the same order.

  1. Reach every source

Including the ones with no documented API. CitySignal runs 143 live feeds built from 23 reusable adapter types, and each one fails on its own, so one source going dark never takes the product down.

  2. Merge what repeats

Five reports of one road closure become one signal. One price quoted on three pages becomes one fact. People see the event once, not every copy of it.

  3. Keep the source apart from the conclusion

What a source said and what the product concluded stay separate in the data model, the interface and every message. Every GLP-1 Navigator fact carries its source link and the date it was checked.

  4. Check it before anyone relies on it

AI vision compares live traffic cameras with what road notices claim. Price changes wait for a person to approve them. AI themes in Clarity Engage go to staff review before anyone acts on them.

  5. Deliver it to people and to agents

Web, iOS, email and spoken briefs for people. Public APIs and MCP connectors for the assistants they already use, reading the same checked data.

Built and running

One method, three very different kinds of mess. All three live today.

CitySignal

Watches 13 US cities live, with 50 more in preview, for road closures, transit changes, weather, power and water interruptions, construction and events, matches each one to the places a person cares about, and explains in plain language what it means for them.

What makes it hard

Most of what a resident needs is technically public and practically unreachable. It sits in a traffic API that needs a key, a utility outage map with no documented backend, a news feed that mixes notices with everything else, and a GIS server that answers only if you ask in the right dialect. Every city does it differently.

We built adapters for all of it. Several were reverse engineered from public map backends that publish no API at all. They are reusable, so a new city starts from parts that already work.

Road alerts get checked against reality. An AI vision check compares what a live traffic camera shows against what the notice claims, and revises the confidence score when the two disagree.

Open to agents. A public API with an OpenAPI spec, and an MCP connector with 19 tools that ChatGPT, Claude or any agent can use. Every city has a free public tracker, no sign-in.

GLP-1 Navigator

Telehealth programs, insurance rules and manufacturer pricing for FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, gathered from scattered provider and manufacturer pages into one guide, with a step-by-step matcher that ends in a personal care plan.

38xcare programs
240xsourced, dated facts

Prices change without notice. Automated checks flag changed source pages and stale facts every day, and a monthly price index records the market. Nothing on the site changes until a person approves it. No source, no fact.

Information, not medical advice.

Clarity Engage

A community engagement platform: surveys, map comments, formal public comment, meetings and project updates for residents, with a staff workspace for analysis, reporting and outreach behind it.

7xprint-ready reports
57xstaff training lessons

Input arrives in every shape. Survey answers, map pins and formal comments land in one place. AI groups them into themes, every theme links back to the comments it came from, and staff review it before anyone acts on it.

Demo data is synthetic and labeled as such.

Opportunity Scout

Job and expert-work openings scattered across employer sites, gathered into one reviewed catalogue. Same five pieces, new kind of mess.

Toyo Bami Founder, Clarity Mapped LLC

Toyo Bami has spent ten-plus years building data, analytics and AI systems inside large enterprises in financial services and oil and gas.

That is where the firm's habits come from. Provenance, because a number nobody can trace is a liability. Evaluation, because a model that was never scored is a guess. Access control and audit trails, because regulated environments do not accept good intentions. And software that outlives the people who commissioned it, because in government and in enterprise, it has to.

Clarity Mapped is the same discipline, pointed at the public data and fragmented systems most organizations have given up on making useful.
